The 12-day festival usually starts the third week of August and ends on Labor Day. Starting in 1841, this fair is the oldest and one of the biggest fairs in the USA. The great mix of rides, games, exhibits, extensive farm animal barns, and the New York State Aquarium Building is sure to be fun for the entire family. And don’t forget the tantalizing food and concerts by top-name artists. From the amazing butter statue in the milk building to the annual basketball game which showcases area talent, this fair has something for just about anyone!
